(?-?) Member of Vancouver and Victoria Centres, received the Society's Service Award in 1974.
FREDERICK R. WILLIAMS joined the Vancouver Centre in 1929 and was their 2nd Vice-President in 1933-34. He moved to Victoria in 1949 where he served as Treasurer in such an exemplary manner over a period of fifteen years that he was presented with the Service Award in 1974. Unfortunately, not much is known about Williams, but George Ball recalled that he lived a quiet life as a bachelor in a residential hotel in Victoria.
